Spotlight on Care: Core and Stretch Yoga
Supported by the IPSR Center for Compassionate and Sustainable Communities and The Commons
Take a break from your desk and join us for a yoga session to help you get moving and to relax. Led by Wanwan Cai, yoga instructor at OmTree Shala. No equipment is required, though a small towel and a cushion will be helpful for some exercises. Additionally, participants may find a yoga mat, strap or blocks useful.
