Spotlight on Care: Qi Gong for Reducing Stress and Improving Immunity

Join us for an introduction to Qi Gong, a gentle, moving meditation that coordinates activity and breath to get into a state of flow. Led by Julie Bear Don’t Walk, Licensed Acupuncturist and National Board Certified Chinese Herbalist, of Julie Bear Don't Walk Acupuncture and Integrative Health ( Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and have a glass of water nearby. No shoes required!
